Seller’s narrative 169 O’Neil Circle
It’s been a privilege to have lived at 169 O’Neil Circle for almost 17 years. With the purchase of our house came the neighborly warmth of the surrounding families that reside on O’Neil Circle.
The place our family has called home for these many years faces beautiful wetlands with the melodious sounds of frogs in springtime. Past the wetlands lie San Pablo Bay and the Carquinez Strait Regional Shoreline with a lovely walking trail, all within a very short distance. Beautiful blooming gardens carried us through summer. The ample amount of windows filled our home with abundant natural light and breezes through out the day.
Summer in this home brought us the opportunity to take advantage of the home’s unique spaces for entertaining. We have warm memories of times spent with friends, family and neighbors enjoying parties in the garden and interior. When the summer had brought heat we’d take advantage of the central air conditioning.
Fall and Indian summer bring balmy days and nights and trees a blaze in beautiful colors.
When the rains come it is always convenient to have the wood and tile floors for quick clean up. Winter also brings the opportunity to gather around the fireplace. The home’s plantation shutters, when closed tightly, help keep out the winter cold.
We have enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood and the harmony in which everyone lives. The abundant bedrooms have served well for our guests, in particular the fist floor private bedroom with bath. Hercules, a bedroom community is centrally located with short distances to San Francisco, The Napa Valley and Marin County. Business, recreation and entertainment are easily and quickly accessible.
